Meet Ann Rogers

Ann Rogers, Founder of Ann Rogers Group, is a thirty-year resident of Pinellas County. She believes in collaborative selling and service. Through this process, Ann works with the customer to establish their needs, wants and abilities with regards to moving or investing.  By drawing together affiliates from many different facets of the relocation process, Ann’s team provides a supportive environment for both moving out of or into their home.

Ann relocated to the Tampa Bay Area to manage the Automated Clearing House operations of a large regional bank. In 1999, she purchased the Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast Franchise with eleven agents and grew the business to over 400 real estate agents.

In 2010, after a tumultuous period in the real estate industry, Ann developed a unique business model to improve sales and services to her clientele and initiated selling her Keller Williams Franchise operations while each Franchise remained profitable and a leader in their respective markets.

In 2012, Ann founded Ann Rogers Group. The team was created to provide the highest level of service to the luxury market through collaboration, use of the latest technology and organizational systems that best meet the needs of the customer by listening. This model allowed Ann Rogers Group to be ranked 43rd in the over 3500 agents in the south county Board of Realtors.

In 2017, Ann recognized that the Baby Boomer generation was growing at an unprecedented pace and that they would require more support than other generations in downsizing or moving into an adult living community. She started Ann Rogers Relocation Resources, LLC to help families manage the complicated processes involved in moving seniors, including but not limited to, referring support organizations to facilitate finding the appropriate community, meeting movers and other vendors, liquidation of personal affects and follow-up with vendors.

She is currently president of the Pinellas Chapter of NAMI (the National Alliance on Mental Illness) and a member of Better Living for Seniors serving on the Mental Health committee, a past president of The Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin, Charter President of the Junior League Foundation, past Trustee of CASA, past board member of the St Petersburg Chamber, past board member of the Pinellas County Realtor Organization, member of several local museums, The Downtown Partnership, St Petersburg Downtown Neighbor Association and the Pinellas County Economic Development Council.

Ann holds the following designations:
